I would warn the warden that if he does it again he is getting slayed, then again after the slay, kick, and then ban

When may a guard refuse an order?
When a warden gives an order that involves breaking the server rules

How do you define 'camping', and how would you deal with someone camping?
Camping is when someone just chills in a corner or etc., i would give out the same punishment as i would for warden without mic, warning, slay, kick, ban

A Guard/Warden cant go up to a prisoner and RDM, but a prisoner can go up to a guard and RDM

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 80 words).
I know my Jailbreak time isnt really the greatest, and im ok admitting it, but I should be chosen to be a Jailbreak Moderator because, I don't want to have moderator because of the power or the respect of it, I just want it to help the servers running smoothly, thats why I wait to be recommended to apply, so you guys can think I'm ready for it. I'm Admin on TTT, and DarkRP, and I also was staff on alot of other servers, so you guys know I can be trusted with any power you throw at me. If i get accepted or not, either way I will be active on the Jailbreak server because I think it is alot of fun. Thanks for reading this
