Yes, A lot! I have hosted 2 servers that became popular very quickly and have also hosted another which I had trouble starting which I eventually gave up on. The first was a survival/hardcore factions and the second was a prison server. I have also co-owned an extremely unique prison server that ran up to 50+ players within 2 weeks. My own experience ranges from moderating to owning. I have been a variety of staff on servers such as Survival games, mini games, prison, survival and role play. This is the trust and isn't just some made up stuff to get a rank, but I should add this was a some time ago and i'm a bit rusty.

I have good experience with an extremely large amount of plugins from general to role play to permissions and if extremely necessary I can make my own but Id like it if I could just be staff instead of a developer.

What does griefing mean?:
Griefing can be defined differently by different people, In general it means when a player destroys/takes something of another players. Some servers allow this others don't and sometimes servers offer ways to protect your base.

Describe situation where player is disrespectful on main chat :
A player being disrespectful should be asked to stop, if they continue depending on what they have said they should be muted for a set amount of time. When they become unmuted if they continue they should ever be muted for longer or possibly temp banned depending on the server rules.

Please describe your personality (50 words):
Fair and trusting, I don't instantly make a decision on information someone else has given me. I learn quickly and can offer some great ideas. If someone needs help I can and usually I can offer them something else they could do to make it better. I know a lot about the Bukkit side of minecraft and can be imaginative.

Why you? (100 words):
I have experience in world terrain plugins and external software such as world painter, I have experience leading large amounts of players and staff and can create new servers extremely fast. I am trustworthy as am I Mod on the SSRP server. I have been part of many large communities that have went dead due to not listening to other players/staff ideas or updating their servers which I don't think will happen to Zarp. I have a good amount of experience in building a range of building styles and CANNOT leave buildings looking plain/undetailed. I am also relatively good at find people who will advertise on youtube and websites.

A question to the staff:
Although this application is following the survival template, I would like to apply for all zarp minecraft servers. If this isn't allowed just ask me to remove this and I will leave it as the survival server for now. I am only asking since I do have experience in hosting/administrating the other types of minecraft servers Zarp owns and I could also help with the "decision servers" at the bottom of the template forum seeing as though I have hosted/coowned prison servers. I could also help create other detailed servers such as role play whenever they are needed.
