You shouldn't have been corrected with regard to disrespecting the team, and thus I'll be discussing how they should have handled your immediate response with the involved team shortly.

The correction issued for everything else described, however, is completely valid. The ban length does seem a little harsh, and so upon receipt of your appeal (through the appropriate channel) it will be shortened.

EDIT: There were additional reasons accumulating to your ban. It's up to them whether they shorten it.
