Morgan, as a person you can be a good guy. It's intermittent though, depending on whether things go your way or not.

As EMP said, you have had that second chance that everyone deserves, and you screwed up.

I'll list the reasons for your (pretty recent) demotion here:
- Obscene, vile comments towards other members of the team.
- Causing problems on TS3.
- Short temper towards other members of the team.
- Ignoring feedback from other members of the team which had to be corrected by force.

And just one month, one week ago...

I personally think you need to take some time to step back, and try and do well as a player. Demonstrate that in what would be your third/fourth chance, you have changed. You need to appreciate that time as a player before receiving a staff role, and psychologically that'll help both you and the community realize a change.

(so that means, stay for a month or two as user (what you did was pretty bad), not apply on your first day back)
