What does griefing mean? griefing is when player x takes away player Ys home or some think he was building

Describe situation where player is disrespectful on main chat .

An example of a player being disrespectful in chat may be vulgar and offensive language directed towards other players, however it is possible for one player to disrespect others without the use of obscene language.

I consider myself a friendly and fair person, and i react with players in the sever and respect all players and staff.

Why you? (100 words)
Why i should be Moderator is because i no right to wrong and i don't disrespect players and staff.And i am an admin on Dark-RP and i don't break the rules their and i would not break the rules on minecraft too and i no the rules very well and i would think of me as a fair person and i would Liston to both side of the story and that's why i should be Moderator.
