First of jam your application looks really professional and well put together. Your GT time for S1 is high (But i would recommend getting your game time on s2 up before saturday), i'm sure with your game-time is that you understand the rules and also enforce them on any rulebreakers.

Also to add I have only seen jam on DR and over the past 4 months he has gotten a lot more mature.
