Hello, I'm replying to this Staff Application that you made, because I would like to give my feedback/opinion. This template that I've designed includes everything I need to judge you about organized properly for easy reading. I do not mean/intend to offend you in my feedback and I hope that all my criticism and compliments will be taken into consideration. If you find anything I say to be harsh or useless you can report it to me by adding me on steam.

Part 1

In the first part of my feedback, I'll be judging you based on the info/design found in your application as well as, your time and activity on both servers. Note: No matter our current relation, friends or rivals, I will judge you equally.

Activity: + Support
Time on both servers: + Support
Application's Format: + Support
Application Info: Neutral
Explanation of my verdicts in Part 1: First, I would like to thank you for including me in your list of people you want to thank, I really do appreciate it, so I just wanted you to know that before starting. Well I couldn't not + Support your time and activity because its really astonishing on how committed you are. To carry on, just by looking at your app I know that you have put in a lot of effort in making the application look professional and readable. Last but not certainly not least, I can see that you have worked a lot on typing this, but I think you should answer in longer sentences and make the Moderator letter longer, including the F1 system, the admin keypad checker and the other commands he will get. Since, he should know what all the commands in his power can do. So to summarize what you should add to the letter, you basically just type in what the SA/Admin taught you when you got your Moderator training.

Part 2

In this part of my feedback, I'll be determining my notion over my past experience with you. Note: If I don't know you enough I will simply keep my judgement Neutral and will not consider other players/staff's opinion unless the meeting is 6 hours due. In addition to that, I want to note to that, in the F1 Situation section, I will deduce my verdict by considering how you perform during an F1 Situation.

F1 Situations: + Support
Personality: + Support
Matureness: + Support
Knowledge of rules: + Support
Explanation of my verdicts in Part 1: Judging from my past experience with you, I think you are a very kind, friendly mature and smart person that has read the rules more than once, I've also seen you preform F1s by spectating you, and I have to say you're doing a heck of a job. So to summarize this part, KEEP IT UP!

This section will affect a very small part of my opinion and will be counted as only one when calulating the result of my verdicts. Note: This part will be edited before the meeting.

Explanation of the result in part 3: CombatYapper, Brusk_Macaroon, Blocked, TheGamerGuy, jlbyrne23, DarthVader, RedPowder and Evo_Pineapple, think you deserve admin for various reasons, the main ones are active, friendly, helpful and handles a decent amount of F1s.
