That's kind of a weird statement since I am not even a mod/admin and I can't ''bond with the players''.

Also, I know it's not just about the rules, but it's in the name of the position; "Moderator", meaning that you Moderate the community, in saying that I mean that you have to enforce the server rules.

You don't need to be a admin or mod to do it, just make a lot of friends, and play with the staff often. The next time you apply you will see a lot more + Support's. Also, I think that this application is not rushed, and that that argument is stupid, it is a good application, just please improve the game time.
