Hello, I'm replying to this Staff Application that you made, because I would like to give my feedback/opinion. This template that I've designed includes everything I need to judge you about organized properly for easy reading. I do not mean/intend to offend you in my feedback and I hope that all my criticism and compliments will be taken into consideration. If you find anything I say to be harsh or useless you can report it to me by adding me on steam.

Part 1

In the first part of my feedback, I'll be judging you based on the info/design found in your application as well as, your time and activity on both servers. Note: No matter our current relation, friends or rivals, I will judge you equally.

Activity: - Support
Time on both servers: - Support
Application's Format: - Support
Application Info: Neutral
Explanation of my verdicts in Part 1: To start off, your activity, judging from your Gametracker, isn't good since you have joined the server just recently. Now although, I also applied and got accepted 3 days after joining ZARP, I had around 11-12 hours a day, I know that's a lot and I do not expect you to have that much activity if you had enough time but you don't so raise your activity and time before the meeting please. Moving on to your time on the server, you haven't proven yourself to be trustworthy, so I suggest you bump your time as well. Moreover, your application looks rushed and really messy, try making the questions bold and using a bit of color( at least). To wrap up part 1 of my feedback, I think you should also work on editing your answers, maybe working on making them longer specially the last question, this is not obligatory though but it might make you look bad in some staff's eyes.

Part 2

In this part of my feedback, I'll be determining my notion over my past experience with you. Note: If I don't know you enough I will simply keep my judgement Neutral and will not consider other players/staff's opinion unless the meeting is 6 hours due. In addition to that, I want to note to that, in the F1 Situation section, I will deduce my verdict by considering how you perform during an F1 Situation.

F1 Situations: Neutral
Personality: Neutral
Matureness: Neutral
Knowledge of rules: Neutral
Explanation of my verdicts in Part 1: I've never had the chance to meet you, this could be because of 3 reasons, different timezone, your way too new or I've never noticed you. PM me in game if you ever see me!

This section will affect a very small part of my opinion and will be counted as only one when calulating the result of my verdicts. Note: This part will be edited before the meeting.

Explanation of the result in part 3:Scorpion, CombatYapper and Brusk, think you need more time on the server to get to know everyone. While TheGamerGuy, has decided to keep his Neutral for the same reason.
Summary of my opinion: Due to having the Neutrals exceed the amount of - Supports and + Supports , I will give you a Neutral. Note: My opinion is inconsistent until August 23 2014. Thanks for applying and Good luck!
