If you do not wish to read the long version of my feedback, I suggest you read this version to see where and how you should/can improve yourself to become better qualified for this position.
I'm going to start off with the + Support you claim that you have 300 hours on zarp, can you explain this more? Since, I'm pretty sure 3212 + 3612 = 6824 and 6824 / 60 = 133.777... hours, but that is still enough.
On the other hand, you didn't even use a single bbcode to try and make your app more visible/readable so that's a - Support.
Moreover, you didn't explain about the keypad checker nor about the F1 system, I say this to all the ones who forget to explain these 2, you must write everything you learned in your moderator training.
I think you're just copy pasting your app over and over which also lowers your chance of getting accepted.
Last but not least, I'm going to keep my verdict on the activity as neutral since you're away for now.

I've never had the chance to see you in an F1.
I think you're immature, since you are impatient and don't give yourself a bit of time between each application.
I haven't seen you on the server a lot, so I can't judge you on your knowledge of the rules.
Lets not forget that you broke the ZARP policy by becoming a mod on AR.

Hello, I'm replying to this Staff Application that you made, because I would like to give my feedback/opinion. This template that I've designed includes everything I need to judge you about organized properly for easy reading. I do not mean/intend to offend you in my feedback and I hope that all my criticism and compliments will be taken into consideration. Explanation of my verdicts in Part 1: You said you're away for these few weeks so I won't judge you on activity.
Your time on the server (133 hours) is enough to achieve admin.
You need to use some bbcodes to make your application neater, easier to read and attractive to the eye. Maybe bold the questions, enlarge the titles add a picture saying Wacky's Admin Application.
You also have incomplete information in your application, for instance you did not talk about the F1 system nor the Keypad checker in the Moderator Email. You also keep copy-pasting your application over and over and over which shows laziness.




In this part of my feedback, I'll be determining my notion over my past experience with you. Explanation of my verdicts in Part 2: I haven't had the chance to spectate you on the server, this could be due to the fact that we might have different time zone or your recent inactivity.
On the other hand, I have been well "watching you" when you used to be a moderator on AR, I believe that this shows lack of commitment and I still think you should have been severely punished for that. In my opinion, prove yourself worthy of being an admin on ZARP before applying again. You can do that by doing lots of F1s, staying active and giving yourself a month or so, to show that you have some patience since, applying every week even when you are on vacation shows a lot and I mean a LOT of impatience and immaturity,
