Hello, I'm replying to this Staff Application that you made, because I would like to give my feedback/opinion. This template that I've designed includes everything I need to judge you about organized properly for easy reading. I do not mean/intend to offend you in my feedback and I hope that all my criticism and compliments will be taken into consideration. If you find anything I say to be harsh or useless you can report it to me by adding me on steam.

Part 1

In the first part of my feedback, I'll be judging you based on the info/design found in your application as well as, your time and activity on both servers. Note: No matter our current relation, friends or rivals, I will judge you equally.

Explanation of my verdicts in Part 1: I've calculated your activity and time in hours as of 8/12/2014 at 12:25 PM (GMT), and they don't look that good; judging from your Gametracker you have played for about 5 hours this week and have a total of 125 hours on ZARP, I suggest you work on increasing your time to 150 hours and working on your activity. On the other hand, I can't but thank you for giving so much time and effort to making your Administrator Application. You have shown that you are committed enough by making this post look professional with good information and design.

Part 2

In this part of my feedback, I'll be determining my notion over my past experience with you. Note: If I don't know you enough I will simply keep my judgement Neutral not consider other players/staff's opinion unless the meeting is 6 hours due. In addition to that, I want to note to that, in the F1 Situation section, I will deduce my verdict by considering how you perform during an F1 Situation.

Knowledge of rules: Neutral
Explanation of my verdicts in Part 2: I haven't had the chance to get to know you or meet you on ZARP, but I would like to. Add me on steam, the link is in my signature so we can get to know one another and perhaps become friends. Until then, my verdict on part 2 will have to remain neutral

This section will affect a very small part of my opinion and will be counted as only one when counting my verdicts. This part will be edited before the meeting.

Explanation of the result in part 3: Emp, LazyBro and DarthVader, (not sure if that's what they meant, correct me if I'm wrong) think you need more time to get to know the community again and to proof that you will be committed to ZARP. While others, deadly_reflex22, Mystics, Rockst4r and SabreTooth, say you were a great admin and you worked on your app.
Part 3's result: + Support
Summary of my opinion: Due to having the Neutrals exceed the amount of - Supports and + Supports , I will give you a Neutral . Note: My opinion is inconsistent until August 23, 2014. Thanks for applying and Good luck!
