Personally feel that re-applying for admin from user due to being a past staff member should be changed so that only those that resign for legitimate reasons and not just because they are promised more power on another community.

I think that if you come back to ZARP after immediately resigning for power like you did in the past then you should prove that you are going to be trusted and dedicated to ZARP by applying for the mod rank to show that you can actually be trusted with the power before being able to become an admin.

Just my opinion though.
