Hello there fellow members of ZARP, my name is Zan (formerly known as Hawk/Zanster) and this is my application to become a Moderator of SSRP 1/2 on ZARP. Just so you know, I was a former ZARP Admin before having some issues with multiple staff-members and regular players, but that issue has been resolved and I was allowed back into ZARP (I will explain more if questioned and allowed) and I thought that I would give this a try. Please leave any responses, questions and feedback in a comment/reply.. Please no hateful/disrespectful comments. If I have any negatives points, please leave some constructive criticism for me to work upon in the future.

I am currently 14 years of age, and I will be 15 in November.

Have you ever been banned from a ZARP server?:

Had issues with Chute, Chris, Penguin, Crazyswiss and others. It caused me to get community banned and later unbanned by Chris once he heard I wanted to come back after what? 1 month?

Estimated Server Time:

My estimated server time is 7517 minutes.
(I do not think Server 2 was up properly when I resigned).

Languages I speak:

I am fluent in English (rated 9/10 or 10/10), I have a decent/good amount of knowledge in Urdu (an Asian language) and I am learning French and German in school and was previously learning Spanish in school, but stopped. I am learning Dutch thanks to having friends who are Dutch too, allowing me to communicate with them a bit easier and being able to understand what they are saying when they are talking to each other. I am also learning Punjabi (another Asian language) and might start learning Arabic, but this is not decided just yet.

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:

"Random Death Match" is when a Player kills another Player for a non-valid reason.
For example: Player A decides to kill Player B because he thinks that Player B is ugly.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:

"New Life Rule" is when/if a Player dies, he has to wait 3 minutes to return to the area which he died. "New Life Rule" is also when/if a Player dies, he has to forget everything that happened in his previous life including where he died, when he died, and who killed him.
Example: Player A raids Player B's base, Player B manages to kill Player A before he gets into his base, 30 seconds later, Player A decides to come back for a second raid. This player would ultimately get warned for "Breaking New Life Rule".

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.

"Metagaming" is when a Player types roleplay related text into the out of character chat.
Example: Player A types in out of character chat, "Please come to visit my shop, we have all types of weapons for you". Player A would get warned for "Metagaming". The correct way to say this is for Player A to type the same thing but in the advertisement chat.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would first teleport both players to a private area where they can share their sides of the story without being threatened or interrupted by others. I would then ask them both their sides of the story, I would then punish according to which story is not in correlation with the console logs.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. I would again, take them to a private area where they can share their sides without being disturbed or interrupted by others. The story that fits in with the console logs more, I would trust, and punish according to that. If further assistance is needed, I would ask an Administrator if he could check the NLR logs for more details.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
Without interrupting the raid, I would warn Player x for "metagaming" and quickly ask him to read the metagaming rule again. I would private message him If needed.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):

I believe that I am a very friendly and kind person, but I can be very strict and serious when I need to. I believe that I have had enough experience as a Moderator on ZARP and I have had enough experience as an Admin on ZARP also. Which means that I know how to do things, and I can get started as soon as possible. I can change the way I act in a split second, which I think is good for a Staff-Member to have. I am not too strict, nor to easy-going. I am also a very patient person, meaning if I have to deal with someone that is 'slow', I have the patience to wait for him and allow him to get out what he needs to say, I have seen some Staff-members being really impatient rushing people to get their things done and to hurry up.
I can and will play for atleast 6 hours everyday on ZARP, meaning that I can be on to handle F1's at any time of the day really. I left a great server, and I want to get back into it again, I was idiotic to leave, and would really like a second chance.
