Hello, I'm replying to this Staff Application that you made, because I would like to give my feedback/opinion. This template that I've designed includes everything I need to judge you about organized properly for easy reading. I do not mean/intend to offend you in my feedback and I hope that all my criticism and compliments will be taken into consideration. If you find anything I say to be harsh or useless you can report it to me by adding me on steam.

Part 1

In the first part of my feedback, I'll be judging you based on the info/design found in your application as well as, your time and activity on both servers. Note: No matter our current relation, friends or rivals, I will judge you equally.

Additional Note(s) about your Application: After checking your Gametracker profiles, I've realized that you are a very active moderator as well as, a very committed one. Furthermore, you have more than enough play time to gain the experience needed for achieving admin. To carry on, I read your application over 3 times, looking for something wrong you might have done in your app, but all I was able to find is some adjectives being used wrong as well as, occasional grammar mistakes. To wrap up on this part, you made a very well organized application, I specially liked the Moderator Training Letter.

Part 2

In this part of my feedback, I'll be determining my notion over my past experience with you. Note: If I don't know you enough I will simply keep my judgement Neutral not consider other players/staff's opinion unless the meeting is 6 hours due. In addition to that, I want to note to that, in the F1 Situation section, I will deduce my verdict by considering how you perform during an F1 Situation.

Personality: + Support
Matureness: + Support
Knowledge of rules: + Support
Additional Note(s) about you: You my friend, have impressed me, you show great potential and commitment to the ZARP community. You are one of the friendiest, and good hearted guy I've seen on ZARP, you don't rush F1s and never rages or breaks the rules/abuses. I can carry on from now until the meeting, but like the expression says:" a picture can speak a 1000 words."

Part 3

This section will affect a very small part of my opinion and will be counted as only one opinion when counting my verdicts. I will talk about what most people say about your obedience to the rules. Then, I'll chatter about what people say about your activity and time on the server. Next, I will write about what they think of your personality and matureness. Finally, I will judge you on what people say about your application.

Part 3's verdict: + Support
Explanation of the result in part 3: Well, looking at the replies and feedbacks on this app, I think you can already consider yourself accepted judging from the + Supports you got from staff members.
Summary of my opinion: Due to having the + Supports exceed the amount of - Supports and Neutrals , I will give you a + Support. Note: My opinion is inconsistent until August 16, 2014. Thanks for applying and Good luck!
