Many organizations and groups use military rankings as it is a common and well known easy ranking system to use. Saying only one gang can use military rankings and everyone else who does on ZARP is copying 4th empire is just childish. If you wanted to be truly unique you could make up a system or use a different kind of ranking system(German military/Nazi). Otherwise don't get mad that other people use this common ranking system.
