You were banned for leaving to escape punishment which is not a very serious offence. However, another reason the moderator who TPed you told me to ban you is because of Mass RDM. This is very serious as it can ruin the experience of others who are playing on the server.

Due to the fact that your game crashed, I will accept this ban appeal and shorten your ban to 1 week.
I feel that a 1 week ban will allow you to think over your mistakes and realise what you have done wrong.
