I was banned yesterday for leaving the game while my pc crashed while I was an admin tp.

Except that it was not intentional my pc crash. I would not leave the game because I know I will not risk being banned and I have taken surment a warning as if I will leave intentionnelement I know that I have taken this ban except that c was not intentional.

I wonder if can be Deban or at least reduce the ban please
