PLEASE NOTE: I play server 1 and server 2 as much as I can, but without getting kills, (doing F1s and other things) means it's not logging my gametime.
Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin. I've spent a fair amount of weeks being staff on DarkRP now, and I have been through a bumpy ride. From having to warn my friends to Being disrespected for warning them for basic rules. Not long ago I was mugging players, while doing so a player broke FearRP in that case I had clearly warned him. A few days ago Server 1 had around 7-8 F1s, I did around 6 of them just so I could help out. I believe my dedication to doing staff request shows it will help towards me becoming an admininstrator.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user). An obstacle I came across when I was a moderator was my friend screaming and shouting in an F1. To come across this in a properly way. It was an F1 for RDM and my friend wouldn't let the other player speak at all. I had to mute my friend and listen to the other player. because my friend denied he had RDM'd him and there was no proof to continue the F1.
If you had to write an email to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp? Hello there,
"Player name" you have been accepted to be staff on ZARP Gaming's DarkRP server. Please note down everything you learn and use it in game. Now before we get into the briefs of it all, let me remind you abuse of commands could result into a demote.
Keypad Checker: You will be using your keypad checker for F1s about broken fading doors, or if you believe a keypad isn't linked to a fading door. Even if the Keypad is linked think of the amount of time the door will be opened for, because some players play with just one millisecond set on their keypad and it gives players a lower advantage.
Commands
/slay - This is a command to slay a player, it is quite useless and kind of made for trolling, I would advise you not to use this.
/teleport - /teleport or /tp is a command used to teleport around or teleport players to your crosshair. After /teleport place a players name after and it will teleport them to your crosshair, /teleport without a name will teleport you towards your crosshair. For this to be binded use this in the console: bind [button] "say /tp"
/slap - This is a useless command, it will just make a player fly around the map I would again advise you not to use this at all.
/ignite - One of the most abusive commands you can find is ignite, make sure you don't use this, it's not worth using, and it an abusive command.
/kick - You could use this command to kick a player who's mass RDMing or propspamming but also for something I came across before, it was a player failRPing, disrespecting and using /kill to run from staff. I just straight up kicked him because 3 warnings would do the same thing.
/freeze - /freeze is a command you could use to freeze a player that is running from staff in an F1 or if a player is RDMing and you want to speak to them. Make sure you don't leave somebody frozen, because it could cause them to be stuck from respawning or just make them play the game in godmode.
/warn - /warn is one of the most common commands you'll be using as staff on ZARP Gaming's DarkRP server. We have a warning system that works in a great way. an example of a warning is "/warn [name] [reason]" After 3 warns they get a kick and after that, if they get 4 they'll get banned for a short period of time (around an hour I believe.)
I hope you have a great experience in being staff for our DarkRP server and will use these commands responsibly.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hi there,
Player x, I banned you for propspam. This is a serious offence. This could cause the server to crash and an amount of players to lose in-game money. Since you applied in great detail I will shorten your ban to 3 weeks, during these weeks I want you to think about this and the error in your ways. ACCEPTED -SabreTooth
Why I should be promoted (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words). I have been staff on ZARP DarkRP for a fair amount of time and I think I will do better as an administrator than a moderator. Reasons for this is things like players RDMing me in an F1 and I can't be in god mode while on duty to stop the players killing me. Another reason is players disrespecting me and acting as if the moderator rank is a donor job or acting as if I can't do anything as a moderator, as when if I were an administrator they would respect me more and try to follow the rules around me. I recently came across a hacker in Server 2, he was noclipping and RDMing while speedhacking this was frustrating alot of players and causing them to lose weapons. The most I could do was kick him, but if I were an administrator I would be able to permanently ban him. Lately there were alot of F1s on Server 1 there was a fair amount of staff on the server, but nobody was doing any F1s so I did around 4 to 6 and the other staff members did the rest of them. I will only use the administrative powers while on duty and I would never abuse. I think I have proven I am worthy for this position, and I hope I can reach this promotion.
