How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I would personally tell them to stop, If they refuse and carry on I would warn them, After that warn and they carry on I would get an admin on to ban them.

Why I should be chosen: I should be chosen to be part of the ZARP deathrun because I am already a member of staff on the Minecraft, Jailbreak and DarkRP and I feel like I can be very trusted I always like to report a rule breaker. However when a problem isn't big enough for a staff member to be needed I can always solve it, If I am accepted for Deathrun Staff my gametime will skyrocket it already is however I feel server 2 Gametracker needs some more work on it, so I will be trying to go on there aswell. I am a very Mature and dedicated player on ZARP Gaming and a alot of people know this, I am on Ts3 every day so if someone needed my help I will be there to answer.
