Have you ever been banned from a ZARP server? I have never been banned from any Zarp server.

Do you have any past experience in Minecraft server administration? I worked on a server with jlbyrne so i'm used to the commands.

How are you going to deal with following situation:

Player A killed all members from faction owned by player B. Player A killed all of Players B faction members. Player A claimed their terrains and Player B called Staff member with reason “Cheating”.
Faction A is accusing Faction B for unfair PVP between them. How are you going to explain situation?

I would first check the rules to find out if what they did was breaking them. If what they did was against them I would ask an admin if they've had to warn or temp ban the person before if so i would ban them for 3-5 days. But if what they did wasn't i would tell the person who said they cheated that what they did was fine and link them to the rule page on zarp forums.

Describe your personality (50 words):

I would describe myself as a reliable person who would do the job well. I would also describe my self as easily irritated by people who waste their time coming on to a community just to grief or annoy people. I do belive in second chances depending on what rule was broken if hacking was involved it would be a perma ban without question.

Why you? (100 words):

I believe i should be chosen as I believe i would make a great mod and maybe even an admin if i get promoted one day as i can be relied at to do a job well i wont do what most people do on zarp and leave a situation to sit for 50 mins then finally deiced to do it, I would get in and help out asap I would try and get people from dark RP to try out the Minecraft server and ask for their opinion. lastly i think i should be chosen as i would attend as many meetings as i can and give my own opinion on if I think some plugins need to be added or given to lower ranks to give players the best play as possible
