How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
First of all if that kind of player joins and starts being disrespectful i will tell him to stop it. If he/she won't stop, than i'm gonna warn him/her. And if he/she won't stop gonna warn him again and again till he gets a kick or ban from warns.

Why I should be chosen:
I was an DeathRun admin in your servers and I've got demoted because of inactivity. I was great admin and everyone liked me I dealt with much disrespectful players and knew the commands and rules very good. So i have much experience in this and I want to start everything from the beginning and try to be as good as I was.
