First, let me start with talking about what I thought of the pictures, the pictures clearly show he left and joined back again and the proof is valid, I don't understand why he would do such a thing. Leaving the server then rejoining to get his printers back is clearly wrong and specially for a moderator. Anyway, I think this should be delt with immediately; this isn't worth a demotion nor a tier warning ( I known those were removed) but someone should talk to him ASAP.
