Hello, I'm replying to this Staff Application that you made, because I would like to give my feedback/opinion. This template that I've designed includes everything I need to judge you about organized properly for easy reading. I do not mean/intend to offend you in my feedback and I hope that all my criticism and compliments will be taken into consideration.

Part 1

In the first part of my feedback, I'll be judging you based on the info/design found in your application as well as, your time and activity on both servers. Note: No matter our current relation, friends or rivals, I will judge you equally.

Additional Note(s) about your Application: After checking your game tracker profiles, I have come to realize that you were an active player and your working on becoming active again. Further more, I liked your application format because you made everything clearly readable, although making the questions bold would have been better. Last but not least, you didn't make a lot of sense in last question

I know my experience of being a moderator on ZARP was not really long, and I haven't been so active, but I am trying to change that, I have contributed money to ZARP and hope for this server to live on for years. I am currently counted as an active player, and really want to become an administrator to help remove props people leave in buildings or on the streets which they shouldn't .

Alright, so I didn't understand how you "haven't been so active" then said that "I am currently counted as an active player" now maybe if I had your game tracker profiles I would understand this but I don't and until you explain my verdict will remain neutral.

Part 2

In this part of my feedback, I'll be determining my notion over my past experience with you. Note: If I don't know you enough I will simply keep my judgement Neutral not consider other players/staff's opinion unless the meeting is 6 hours due. In addition to that, I want to note to that, in the F1 Situation section, I will deduce my verdict by considering how you perform during an F1 Situation.

F1 Situations: Neutral
Personality: Neutral
Matureness: Neutral
Knowledge of rules: Neutral
Additional Note(s) about you: Although I've met you, I haven't had the chance to get to know you nor see you handle an F1 so my judgment will have to remain Neutral until further notice.

Summary of my opinion: Due to having the Neutrals exceed the amount of + Supports and - Supports , I will give you a Neutral. Note: My opinion is inconsistent until August 10, 2014. Thanks for applying and Good luck!
