It isn't against the rules to block off that whole area with a keypad, also I do. Not believe that you had the time that one fading door was removed and another one placed to go inside un noticed and buy a door after hadoken left the game. I am going to tell you that those houses were being used, it is out of my control if people basing leave the server while I am AFK so yes they were empty when you owned that door but for the 7-8 odd hours before you came on they were owned and people were in them.
