How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?
I would take the person who wants help into a private channel and ask them to explain to me what or who they are having a problem with, I would then move the person they have said is bullying them into the same channel and talk to them and get their side of the story, if I thought that there was enough to support hat the person was being bullied I would ban the bully for a day, if there wasn't enough to support that they were bring bullied I would tell the person accused of bullying that it is still possible to offend people without knowing and to be careful what they say to people.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately.
Within the TS3 client you can:
Kick from channel
Kick from server
Ban from server
Set server group
Set channel group

Kick from channel: If someone is trolling in a channel and you want to get rid of them you can kick them from a specific channel.

Kick from server: If someone has been trolling the whole server or saying things they shouldn't in multiple rooms then you can kick them from the server.

Ban from server: If someone has been kicked and you have verbally warned them but they persist in what you have told them to stop doing you can issue a permanent or temporary ban to them.

Set server/channel group Server groups are assigned when someone is promoted or they are revoked when someone is demoted. Channel group is usually used for events and if someone needs to be an admin of a channel temporarily then they can be given channel admin.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 70 words).
I think I should be chosen because I am a responsible member of the zarp community as I have proven on DarkRP as I am an admin, I also think that I should be chosen because I am a nice person and I will not abuse any powers given to me on team speak (or anything for that matter). I have been on zarp team speak for a while and understand the rules and how to deal with certain situations.
