First of all, the past week, you have changed your name over 7 times, you are changing your name everyday, this is a huge no, everyday I see a new name, and I ask on who that staff member is, I am sure that I am not the only one, you are causing confusion if you ask me, stick to a name, and don't change it, when reviewing your application, I am sure that no one wants to dig out 7 gametracker names.

Second of all, as others have mentioned, I honestly do not think that you are ready, give it time, you're applying after a week of getting moderator, and you have reapplied once again, I'm not saying that you can't do that, but I'm just saying, waiting a good while before reapplying shows patience, in this case, you reapplied minutes after getting denied, I say you wait at least 2 weeks before reapplying in this situation, give yourself some time to improve, no one can change in 20 minutes.

Third of all, I've noticed you in-game a few times, and I just want to say that you seem way too serious and strict, I'm not saying that it's a bad thing, but to get well known around the community, you must loosen up, try interacting with both players and staff members, joke around a bit, try to loosen up a bit when doing your F1's, don't think of them as a problem in your way, think of them as another way to contribute to the community, interact with players, and improve your experience.
