Reason - Kept spectating after i said he never did f1s , trying to get everything to kick me from the server and he did.
Story -I was near the Gas Station pumps and there was 2 guys taking some printers, Australian Dragon, Kpro, and LazyBro were shooting at them, then, Australian shoots at my car a few times, I ask him why he shot at me, he replies that he didn't shoot anything, I reply with yeah you did, I'll make an F1 about it, oh wait, you don't do any F1's, I then ran him and drove to spawn, I agree, this could have been a bit rude, but I was a bit mad that everytime he's the only staff and I make an F1, he never answers, I've done many when he was online, none were answered by him, several other players complained about this as well.


First Warning: I was near spawn driving my pink truck, and I saw someone get tazed, I get closer to have a look at who it was, only to realize it was Australian Dragon, he calls out for help on his microphone, I attempt to help by running over the cop, but due to the server's lagspikes I accidently ran over both of them, he then respawns and goes to me, I simply tell him that I apologize for that, and it wasn't my intention to run over both of you, he warned me for CDM and went on his way, please note that I thought that you are capable of CDM if you have RP reasons, which in this case is helping out Australian Dragon after he called out for help, which is a valid RP reason if you ask me, also please note that this warning was only a few minutes after the first paragraph mentioned above.

Second Warning: After the first warning, I got frusturated because of it, I told him that you only warn players for your own benefit, and not during F1's, he then Teleports to me, I can tell that he was annoyed at the time by the tone of his voice, he was telling me about how many much hundreds of F1's he has done, I told him that I've been here for a month, I have never seen you do any, I drove away so this doesn't get dragged on for longer, he then proceeded to mute me from chat, I went on my way to the Armor and Medic NPC, and I was backing up my truck and I simply nudged Australian with my car, he then proceeded to shoot me alongside with Kpro out of my car, and Kpro told me that I attempted to kill him, I spawned and went to the gas station to get my car back, and I was looking for my friend, furious at this moment, I accidently drive by the district I was in without the NLR timer ending, I was there for only 1.3 seconds depending on my speed, only to notice that I have ran over Australian Dragon while he was on the road, I got warned for NLR, after attempting to ask him for the F1's in OOC, I get muted by Blocked for 5 minutes, saying that its for my own good and asking me to calm down a bit before using OOC once again.

Third Warning: I have made an F1 about a wanted guy shooting me without even me looking at him, of course, since the accused in the F1 said otherwise, and I was told that I should get proof next time by Brusk, the moderator, I got a bit mad as well, but I went on my way, I turned into a mutant and went to the mutant tunnel, I then saw a guy as a Citizen with a big gun, I take out my camera and start taking screenshots, taking lots just in-case to be sure, I then called out for Blocked on my microphone, Blocked Physgunned the player and spoke with him, he was then dropped back, with the gun taken away, I then saw someone raiding the base opposite PD, as a mutant, I could have raided that base, so I went in to join, I then saw the owner of the base putting up barricades and prop blocking entrances, I took much more screenshots this time, I notice that I got kicked from the server for another warning, and I checked my console, only to find that I was warned by Australian Dragon for Camera Spam.

Fourth Warning: I get myself a song to play to make me relax and calm down a bit, I then rejoin the server, and start asking him for the warn, you can see the chat log in the spoiler below.


After this chat on OOC, he teleported to me and starts talking on his microphone, I ask him to type due to me still having the music on to relax a bit, and due to the loud sound of Garry's Mod for me, he refuses to type, and stays on his microphone, I was unable to understand what he was saying, at all, so I told him that I would like to leave now and Role Play, he then takes me back, I ask him of what he wants, telling him once again that I cannot hear him, and once again, asking him to type, he doesn't listen and sticks to his microphone, I ask him to type if he wants to speak to me, but he doesn't listen, so I attempt to leave once again, he Physguns me around for a bit, so I say this in OOC


A second after this warning, I get banned for an hour, with the warning reason "Leaving Admin Situation"

Time and date (CET) - 11:00-12:00 CET (but this was in a course of less than 15 minutes)

Proof: I did not take much screenshots, but I'll show the ones I took during all those incidents.
-Finishing the F1, seconds before the 3rd warning, Blocked taking me to the tunnel

Other comments - I have had problems before with this admin, where everyone was having problems with minges and we made f1s (he was only staff online) and he wouldn't help,since then i have that "trauma" of everytime he gives me a warning, i remember i recent post saying something along the lines of "some admins only have admin to their advantage (no minges vs them) they don't even do f1s", A lot of people stood up for me in the server,because they know i don't break rules on porpous.
The cdm one was just stupid,i got him by mistake (lag), he also called me a "known rulebreaker" what ? I almost never break the rules,i only did the cdm/nlr and then he started stalking me , wouldn't a "known rulebreaker" be more of a person who propspams / propblocks / rdms ? I feel that this is harassment.

Sorry for remaking this but last one didn't have proof and got locked before i could edit it (i went back into the server to try to rp)
