How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: If somebody was being disrespectful towards another player/staff member , I would give him a warning and tell him not to do it again . However if the other staff member is a higher rank than me I would tell the disrespectful player to stop and the admin/S-admin would do the punishing. I realy don't like some players that come on and be racist towards other players, and I would like to stop that.

Why I should be chosen: I think I should be chosen as a mod because deathrun is one of my favourite gamemodes in garry's mod, but mainly because I don't like people offending other players. Ex: Racist/Disrespectful/ I have been playing zarp for a long time now and I would like to help out the server, even if there aren't any other staff members on I will still try my best if I get the part of being a moderator.
