You can delete all this useless:

Prefix your application: [DR] Sigmundur00's/Jiggsaw's Application. (Choose the name you use ingame.)

For the gametracker links: Click on Server 1 & Server 2, delete the ADD YOUR INGAME NAME HERE and type your Ingame name there, then click on your gametracker profile (the correct one with your name) and link it to the Server 1 & Server 2.

How to link your name: You should have this on your template when you edit it:
