Super Admins should be the ones that set the example for <em>everybody</em> on the server; staff and users alike. If Angelus is breaking this many rules and setting this sort of an example for everybody I would say he's undeserving of the position.

I know from Friendly Players that demoting a Super Admin is a very big deal though; especially if it's a total demotion to user. I understand the Lead Team has a final say however I would suggest a demotion to Moderator (or maybe even a more limited custom rank, similar to a trial) and make him work back up to Administrator proving that he is still capable of staff.
