normal users get banned for just 4-5 warns in a row, so what about angelus?
from the evidence I saw, I think that Angelus must not only be demoted, but also permabanned.

EDIT: I had a friend who just prop minged and prop climbed and got banned for 2 weeks, only 2 warns and he was banned...... he was also new and his first game in gmod was in ZARP. that's not nice, and u banned him for 2 weeks, what if he broke the rules 15 times?
