Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

My time on ZARP Gaming has been very entertaining. I fell like I'm more aware of rule breakers. I been very helpful since I started as Moderator.I am very thankful for being accepted as a Moderator.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

The Obstacle that i had to work around was when i was taking a F1 (Forgot the names) and they were telling me that One of them got RDMed and then the other user was saying that he shot first and I was thinking Inside my head "What am i going to do we don't have damage logs to prove who shot first" So as they argued i was saying "The only thing that i got as Proof to who RDMed was the Damage Logs" but i didn't want to give out a warning since you know i don't have clear proof of who RDMed since the Other user says that he got shot first. So what i said was " Do you have Video Proof that he started shooting at you first" so they both claim they don't have proof of who shot first so what i said was "I can't really do anything since we don't have full proof of who shot first and so i can't do anything about it Sorry".

If you had to write an email to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

So First, You got to know that your not allowed to abuse your power and if you do you will be removed from the Staff instantly. As a Moderator you have to take F1's and help anyone in need.

You will have Commands that you can't abuse!

1. /warn - This Command is not allowed to be used freely, You have to use this command when someone has broken the rules.

2. /tp - This command is used to teleport to one place to another. You may not use this Command to abuse!! If you need to speak to someone or if your taking F1's and taking them to Roof this is the command to use.

You may also might want to bind the /tp command to a Keybind.
If you want to bind it follow the Steps.

Step 1. Open your console by clicking ~ on your keyboard

Step 2. type this in bind [The Key] "say /tp"

/kick - This Command is used to kick people from the Server.Do not Abuse!

Those are the Commands that you have.

You are obliged to attend a weekly meeting on our Teamspeak 3 server. This is at 8:00 GMT every Saturday.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Well you been banned for Prop Spam which is a Big Issue since it causes lag on the server and since the Great Amount of people who is on the server it doesn't help it makes it worst I'm sorry.

Why I should be promoted (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).

I should be Promoted because I feel I have done extremely well with my time as a moderator. I feel ready to take another step in the ZARP Staff Community. I tried my best at doing the best i can i was up one time for 6hrs Straight no bathroom breaks Nothing just rping taking F1's and finding rule breakers. I put blood, sweat, and tears trying my best for this server. I helped out so much that the time that i sleep is different. There Is No words that can explain how much I tried my best.I feel like if i become admin it will be easier to take F1's for reasons if there is No admins on and there is a person i have to ban i can do that right on spot. I will spend more time on Server 2 helping fellow moderators in need of assistance.
