like others have said dealing with crashes on ZARP is a regular nuisance to all ZARP players. sometimes you have to deal with loosing your items. regarding the screenshots, you could of have bought another printer and upgraded that. but if they are legit screenshots i think this is enough proof to make you eligible for a refund.
