How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I Would ask the player to calm down and ask what His/Her problem is. If I know his/her problem then I can deal with it. If he/she decides not to calm down, I will give him/her a warning.

Why I should be chosen:

I feel that you should pick me for staff as I can also lend my advice and support to the other members of staff on the server as I know that it can often be a handful.

I have seen many times where the administrators are dealing with a situation only for another to emerge, as a staff member I would be able to lend my support in those times and either allow the administrators enough time to finish what they are dealing with or better yet defuse the situation on my own.

I do get along with the other members of the community as well as the players on the server. This is also the first and only DeathRun Server I'm willing to be able to help and grow.

I know some programming (HTML, C#, JS, Lua) If it helps.
PS: I Can be online on the server(s) for a minimum of 3-4 hours a day.
