If someone is denied because they needed to learn all the rules but have not broken any and show good potential as a staff member then they will be given the week from the meeting they got denied to improve on this. The date at which they post the app during that week makes no impact on how the staff team see them unless they are someone who actually shows immaturity and impatience otherwise they would seem like an eager and prepared player applying.
