How would you deal with a disrespectful player?

First, I will have to give him 3 chances to stop being disrespectful, then after the 3 chances, depending on the powers that I have, I would have to kick him, if that doesn't work, I'll need to ban him for an hour, then ban him for 3, then for 10, then a day. The time keeps doubling if it keeps failing. Adapting to the updates the server has obtained, I would continuously warn him if he doesn't listen/keeps doing so, if it's anything major e.g. Heavy Racism, I would kick/ban depending on how much damage he/she might cause towards this process

Why I should be chosen?
I should be chosen because I have been a staff member for groups such as TsG (disbanded), I have also had many staff experience on different games such as DotA2, Minecraft and Runescape. I am able to deal with different sorts of problems from insults to hacking. And I have some knowledge about how hackers work and what they use. I am sort of a global linguist person aswell. Which helps sometimes I suppose. I have been a ZARP DR member, and managed to make it up to Super Admin, I wish to repeat that in order to improve myself along the journey of these newly created skills I have obtained since I have been staff, I have a dream that will have my desire and my heart to follow, the desire to meet the needs of the ones who has supported, learnt from and created relationships that requires great bonds in which shall make the lives of others, better than before.
