Yeah I think there does need to be some sort of training on the staff, yet I think they do have some sort of system already but I'm not sure what it is.
What I think should be done is that staff members are unable to use their powers nor have their staff icon displayed while rp'ing as it seems to give them some confidence to break rules. Also, it would stop random players annoying staff members to do f1s when they want to RP. The only way their icon and powers will be displayed is when they become staff-on-duty.
