well, +/-support are just people that show their opinion and if they have or haven't got your back. Moderator Application will be discussed in the meetings and will be decided with a vote. the more support you from actuall staff members the more likely you will get accepted when the vote. getting -/+support from non staff members doesn't effect at all, its just their opinion.
