About a disrespectfull Player: 40%, follow the instruction below..
I will tell you how I would write about the disrespectful player bit, get an idea from it, DON'T copy it from word to word.

First I would tell them to stop disrespecting the other player, if they decide to ignore me and carry on I would mute(if using chat) or gag(if using voice chat) and give them a warning for: Disrespect. After the ungag/mute if they carry on again then I would warn them again + mute/gag. If they keep disrespecting then I politely ask an admin to ban them for the correct time.

That would be something that would be right, just get a good idea, and write your own from it.
