How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: The first step taken of course is giving the person a warning. Once the warning has been given and the player disobeys it they will then face a consequence such as kick, ban.

Why I should be chosen: I should be chosen because I'm friendly and easy to talk to as well as strict on the job. I've had experience as a staff member on many servers from the rankings of moderator to admin. I take the role very seriously as moderators and admins are what keep the community together. I'm also on for hours due to summer holidays which gives me a reason to play on the server for several hours. Thus meaning I can moderate for a longer duration of time.
