How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
I would first either gag or mute him depending on what he his using to be disrespectful and give him a warn for disrespect. If two players were being disrespectful to each other I would here both sides and make a decision on which player to warn or not to warn or ask them both to just completely stop.

Why I should be chosen:
Being a moderator is hard work I am not gonna lie but I like challenging stuff and I never give up on the thing I am constantly focusing on... helping people out. I can also be on the DR servers when other staff can't since the servers aren't hosted where I live. I have met and made friendship with the majority of players on the server as well as staff. I have had two or three warns on the servers but obviously you learn from your mistakes and never do it again. I hope you accept my application and I wish good luck to everyone who is also applying for moderator as well.
