Well even if you did break NLR he should have listened to your side of the story and also warned the other guy... Moderators are told that they should ask both parties about what happened before warning someone, and they should act professionally. I think that he should get a T1 warn for being unprofessional. He also shouldn't have joked around while he was talking to you...
