How to treat an rulebreaker:
First you tell him what he have done wrong, than afterwards you might want to ask him if he have any specific reason to break the rules, this could be that he got confused with them or didn’t read them, he could also just be breaking rules for fun.
Story - (What happened?)
Me and my friend duck was raiding an apartment complex and since we took them by suprise we killed 2 of them.
While we are breaking in, SirMatthew (one of the people we killed) comes back and kills my friend duck, I kill him again.
Then he comes back and tries to kill me again, so i cant open the door to the inside. he fails again, but then a police comes and while im battling him either matthew or another guy in the building kills me. I go back because i though it was invalid, and dies because of the same reason, matthew breaking NLR again, then i die go back again and i die. Then i get a warning from nowhere saying "breaking NLR" i inquired WonGamer (He issued the warning) for information and for him to hear my side of the story, but he didn't listen. Then i find him helping another person and waits for him to be finished, and shoots my physgun in his direction, seemingly chasing him for about 5 minutes (couldnt write since he was on the move all the time) after a while i block him by the fountain and asks why he doesnt want to listen to my side of the story. the rest is in the screenshots.
