How I would deal with a disrespectful player.

First time he/she does it I would tell him to stop, if he/she carries on then I would gag/mute (if using chat or voice chat) then give them a warning. After the ungag if they carry on then I would give he/she another warning + mute/gag and kick them, if they come back carrying on then tell an admin to ban them for the appropriate time.
