Then again, if you're offended by something someone says that isn't significant you can always tell them. If they were just joking, they'll probably tell you its a joke and stop. Judging by the screenshots it doesn't show that you verbally warned him or even asked him to stop.

However, the fact that you got muted twice before getting warned should've been a big enough clue towards yourself to stop it. Else you're going to work yourself in situations like these. Ofcourse, situations that also should be dealt with appropiately by the Administrator/Moderator at hand.

Which in this case, it wasn't dealt with appropriately in my opinion.
