Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match (RDM) is where someone is killed for no reason, for example : player A kills player b because player b was ugly.

When is it okay to call someone out as a murderer?
If you see someone. Get stabbed by the murdered or if you see a person throw or pull out a knife.

Explain 'loot'.
Loot spawns randomly and provides an opportunity for bystanders to acquire weapons. You can tell if an object is loot because it will glow green. If a bystander collect five different props then they will get a pistol. The murderer can also collect the loot and try stop the bystanders from progressing through the game.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 70 words).
I think that i should be chosen because I am responsible and have good knowledge of how to deal with different types of players as I am a darkRP admin and a minecraft moderator. I enjoy murder as it is a fun game and being a moderator on the server would be a great achievement for me. I also enjoy stopping people from ruining others fun by punishing the rule breakers. I think I should also be chosen because I have had other administrative roles on other zarp server and that will help me to handle situations easier than someone who is completely new to being a moderator/admin.
