I cannot get Gametracker my computer will not let me download it. But I have played the server for around 3 weeks and about 4 hours a day.

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match (RDM) Is where you kill a player randomly not as a hit or a raid. Example: A mutant kills above the sewers. Example 2: You get sniped whilst walking down the street but not as a hit.

Explain in your own words what Random Death Match (RDM) means, and explain a scenario where RDM happens:
Random Death Match (RDM) Is Random Death Match when you kill a innocent player who is doing nothing threating towards you. For example; You are building in your shop and you have a building sign up, A thief/gangster enters and kills you whilst you are building and raids you this is RDM.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule (NLR) is when you die you cannot return to the area you have died for 3 minutes, also you cannot revenge kill them. For example; You get killed whilst you are being raided you get frustrated and return to your base before the 3 mins are up.

Explain in your own words what New Life Rule (NLR) means, and explain a scenario where NLR is broken:
New Life Rule is where once you die you are ment to forget everything that happened and start a new life, But sometimes people forget about NLR and break the rules,For example; You are raiding a base, You kill the owner. They come back 1 minute later to there base and kill you. Also Once you have finshed raiding a base you walk down the street and the person you just raided saw you, they pull out a gun and revenge kill you this is RDM/NLR.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario:
Meta gaming is a term used in role play games. MetaGaming is using out of character knowledge in character chat. For Example: In character chat not /ooc I have to go wash the dishes.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
Explain what you would do in the situation where player x is killed by player y, and x claims it was RDM:
First of I would bring player x first to the rooftop and hear his/her side to the story asking them to explain in detail what happened. Then I would tp him/her back to where they were and bring up player y doing the same asking for player y's side to the story and asking them to explain in detail what happened. I would then bring them both together and compare the 2 storys, I would then check the logs to see if the storys matched the logs If there were I would bring up the witness/s to also hear there story. If there was no proof and the logs show nothing I would give a verbal warning, but as the logs show the death and shows no mug, I would warn player y for RDM.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
Explain how you would find out if player y broke NLR to kill x:
Well the logs would still show weather player y did go back and revenge kill, but if the logs did not show this I would bring player x to the rooftop first and ask for there side of the story, I would then tp them back and then bring up player y and ask for his side to the story. I would bring them together and see if the storys matched, If any of them had proof I would say send me the link so I can review it. Unless none of them had proof and the logs don't show nothing I would give just a verbal warning to player y and explain what NLR is and tell them not to break it.

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
Explain what you would do if player x calls for help in OOC:
Well first he is MetaGaming so he will be asked not to metagame, If a player says in ooc: admin/mod to me I would say: If you require staff assistance please use the F1 system and a mod/admin will be with you asap. If the banker kept using OOC to shout for help I would have to warn him for Metagaming. and tell him to protect his bank by hiring a guard or making his bank a little more secure and to call 911.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
Well I have been mod on other servers and I am a very fair person. I will always treat everyone equal no matter what. I will always review a F1 before jumping to conclusions. I am always on the server as I enjoy it a lot! Another thing that attracts me to becoming a MOD is the responsibility of having to deal with other players problems and helping the server deal with the rulebreakers, I would live up to my expectations and take any advice on board, I am a good listener and will always listen to peoples problems/F1s and deal with them appropriately. I am always on at around 6:30am, I am also part of the Fourth Empire , I would be MOD on duty quite a lot if I get this rank. I have never been banned but I have been warned before for metagaming, I would not abuse MOD I would use it to help others, I really hope I get this Rank as I spent along time planning and writing this. Also im sorry i do not have gametracker my stupid computer would not download it for some reason so im sorry about that
