I want my report on Fumii unlocked, this is absolute nonsense.

An administrator has the ability to exploit and bait me about it later on, even calling me names. Then an administrator I reported has the ability to close that report, he's clearly closing it because he already has prejudice about me.

I want Fumii to be dealt with for what he did, the same way I was. He should receive a warning for Direspect and he should've been slayed for the exploiting.
I also want the report on Fumii to be dealt with someone else then RandomDudeDK, since he clearly picked a side due to me reporting him.

Either MorganOfFreemans or GregoryTWIX should deal with it.
If they can't, I want Chris to deal with this himself.
