Quick question: I know you might not speak English as a first language but having a semi-decent grasp on grammar would be quite helpful as this is an English server and how would players understand you if you grammar is all over the place. I read through your "Why I should be chosen" section and found it loitered with errors. This will hurt your chances of getting mod if in you application you have this many errors.
Going to sound cruel here but it is probably for the best. I suggest improving on your grammar and knowledge of the rules before applying as there is quite a few mistakes, some listed by JayHog.
