- Gang Chat
Massive +Support - Being able to communicate with your gang members in a private chat would be so incredibly useful and this also motivates people to work together with their organization teammates.
Communicating through the group channel is incredibly difficult simply because it's constantly being spammed, you cannot write anything that might be important to just your organization (think raid related intel, most of the time the enemy would be able to read the group chat),

- Inventory and Bank improvements.
Another big +Support - Often as a leader of a succesful organization I run into this problem, people would hand me stuff, I would be growing drugs, I'd be obtaining mining resources to craft weapons for my gang members, store resources for the market (Uranium & Steel) and having to click twice per single object simply to store items in either my inventory or bank is a huge pain, and makes it so participating in the ZARP Economy more of an annoyance then a pleasing experience.
I am 100% sure alot of other people run into the same problems that I do by using the Inventory and/or Bank.
